Custom Programs

Adventure based experiences have lasting effects in such areas as group development, leadership skills, communication, and self image. For groups looking for any of these benefits, an adventure program can be designed to meet the specific needs and interests of the group. We offer custom programming in the following areas:

Adventure Trips

An adventure trip can be tailored to fit a specific date, time, and activity for your group. Trips can be several hours, one day, overnight or multi-day. Activities can include kayak trips, canoe trips, climbing trips, rafting trips, and biking trips among others. Locations include all over the state of North Carolina as well as Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia. Cost is dependent on the activity, location, length of time and number of people in the group. Minimum group size varies depending on the program, but typical minimum numbers are between 4 and 8.

Team Building

The Adventure Program can provide custom team building for your group. With years of experience in group processing and team building, we will work with you to tailor activities and initiatives to provide the ideal amount of challenge. Our equipment is portable so that we can program in any City facility or program at your group's site. Standard program lengths are half-day, full day, or multi-day. Minimum group size of 8 or more required.

In the past, customized programs have been created for youth groups, work groups, teens, adults, Boy and Girl Scouts, church groups, families, and corporate groups. Contact the Adventure Program to begin planning!
