Beginning immediately, the City of Raleigh Development Services Division will be sending our customers short electronic surveys. These surveys are designed to capture data about how we are doing in the areas of plan review and customer service. Customers should expect to receive a survey via email after: completion of plan review, meeting with staff for general information or for a walk in permit request. In the future, we will look at measuring customer service in other areas.
All surveys are confidential. The data captured will reflect only the response to the questions; the source of the information will remain confidential. An optional follow up interview may be conducted by Development Services staff; however, the source will always remain confidential. Information collected will help us to meet our goals of providing measurable, predictable, transparent and cost-effective services. Data collected will be reported back to the community on a regular basis.
