Council to Discuss Condemnation Of Commercial Buildings
The Raleigh City Council will hold a public hearing on Nov. 18 at 2 p.m. to discuss an ordinance that would impose minimum codes for unfit, unsafe non-residential buildings. The North Carolina General Assembly recently granted authority for cities and towns to develop such codes.
