New Open Space Regulations for Downtown and Pedestrian Overlay Districts


Text change TC-11-08  became effective on October 6, 2008. This ordinance expands the open space regulations required for high density residential developments within the downtown and pedestrian business overlay districts to be applicable to all residential, non-residential and mixed use developments within the downtown and pedestrian business overlay districts.
