Fire Prevention's Train the Trainer Workshop
In an effort to help businesses in the City of Raleigh meet the requirements of the North Carolina Fire Code, the Office of Fire Prevention will be presenting Train-the-Trainer sessions on a monthly basis. The intent of the class will be to educate management so they will be able to deliver the fire training to their staff on their schedule. In addition to providing information to Chapter 4 of the fire code, the fire inspectors will also be educating participants to common code violations. It is our intent to educate our populace prior to actual inspections. There is no fee for the workshop. Participants will be expected to return to their place of business and train their staff within a three-month period. Materials to train your staff will be provided.
