Council Member West To Lead Effort To Resolve Chavis Park Issues
District C Council Member James West will work with City of Raleigh Parks and Recreation staff and Chavis Park area residents to address issues related to future plans, renovations and improvements for the park. The move was endorsed by the City Council at its meeting on June 2.
Mr. West will report back to the City Council regarding any recommendations for Chavis Park. The park is located in Mr. West’s council district in southeast Raleigh.
