Zoning Enforcement: Zoning Enforcement compels businesses, individuals, citizens and others to observe the city of Raleigh’s land use ordinances and policies. This includes seeking compliance for sign, landscaping and other development regulations.
Landscaping Agreement: If at the time of a request for a Certificate of Compliance, the required landscaping is not in place and it can be determined by the City that because of the unavailability of plant material or that requiring completion of the landscaping at the time of such request would jeopardize the health of plant materials or weather conditions prohibit the completion of planting, the developer/owner shall agree in writing that he, or his successors or assigns, shall provide the required planting within a maximum time of one (1) year.
