Current Area Infrastructure Updates

The City is facilitating the development of 98 single-family homes and 51 townhome units in East College Park. New home construction is expected to begin in the Fall of 2017. Construction is underway on infrastructure improvements including water lines, sewer lines, storm drains, and new sidewalks. At least 60 percent of the new homes will be reserved for income restricted buyers (see chart below).

There are several housing opportunities in College Park!

Interested in making this community home? The City of Raleigh has resources designed to help first time and other qualifying buyers become homeowners. The Community Development Division assists in the creation of affordable housing for low and moderate-income households who meet HUD's income restrictions. We provide resources for affordable housing and offer programs to assist future homeowners in East College Park.

Already own a home in the College Park NRSA? The City has programs available to help you make improvements to your current residence.
