Process Description
Plans or plats that have been through the review process and received comments must be corrected and re-submitted. Plans or plats should not be submitted by the client for the next review cycle until all corrections have been made. This allows the plans to go to the next step in either the permitting process, plan approval process or Recorded Map process. Caution should be exercised if the plan changes have impact on trade reviews that have already been approved in a prior review cycle.

Exceptions to the Process
Pre-submittal Conferences (building or site) are a one time review and are not re-submitted.

What do I need to submit to the City?
The standard re-submittal package depends on the type of plan that has undergone a review:
