When you register for E-Billing in the Utility Billing Web Self Service portal, you will be alerted by e-mail each month that your paperless e-bill has been prepared. Through your Web Self Service access, you can view an electronic version of your City of Raleigh utility bill, which is an exact replica of the paper bill. Paper bills will no longer be mailed to you; however, if you want a paper copy you can print your bill from Web Self Service.
