"Be Mine, R-Line"

Capital Area Transit is hosting a Valentine's Day Event on the R-Line.

Passengers riding the Be Mine, R-Line with the pink heart on the side of the bus will receive a free cupcake or cookie, while supplies last and 1 per person.
