Going to the NC State Fair? Take the GoRaleigh N.C. State Fair Park and Ride Shuttles!

Enjoy the State Fair without trying to find parking or battle traffic and get dropped off right at Gate 1! GoRaleigh provides daily service to the State Fair Oct. 12 through Oct. 22. The shuttles operate every day from three locations. All passengers are dropped off at Gate 1 of the State Fairgrounds. View locations below for hours of operation

Please note: there is no Hillsborough St. route operating this year.

North Raleigh

Triangle Town Center - 5959 Triangle Town Blvd, Raleigh - Dillard's Parking Lots

8:30 a.m. - Midnight* | Non-Stop Express Shuttle- Every 30 Minutes

*On October 12, Fair Preview Day, this service will operate from 2:30pm- Midnight.

Cary Towne Center Shopping Mall 828 SE Maynard Rd, Cary (behind mall, near aquatic center)

8:30 a.m. - Midnight* | Non-Stop Express Shuttle- Every 30 Minutes

Take I-40 to Exit 291 (Cary Towne Boulevard). Follow the GREEN State Fair Park and Ride signs.

*On October 12, Fair Preview Day, this service will operate from 2:30 p.m. - Midnight.

Fridays starting at 2 p.m.

Saturday-Sunday | 8:00am - Midnight | Non-Stop Express Shuttle Every 30 Minutes

From I-40, Exit 306 (306A from Eastern NC)

Fares

  • The full fare is $5 round trip - cash only.
  • The reduced fare for senior citizens 65 and older and passengers with disabilities is $2.50 round trip.
  • Children under 40 inches tall ride free with a fare paying passenger.
  • All others pay full fare. GoPasses are not valid on State Fair routes.
  • Exact change is needed on the Hillsborough Street route. Ticket sellers at the Cary and North Raleigh park and ride lots will be available most hours and can make change.
  • Advanced sale passes are available beginning October 2nd and may be purchased at the GoRaleigh Operations Facility, 4104 Poole Rd, Raleigh or at the GoRaleigh Transit Station Information Booth.
