Summary: Renovations were made to the interior of the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts to provide improvements to the facility's restrooms, bars, kiosks, and ticket booth area. Lighting and paint work were also completed during renovations.
Critical Public Safety Facility

Summary: The Critical Public Safety Facility is a 95,000-square-foot, four-story building that centralizes the City of Raleigh's Emergency Communication Center, Emergency Operations Center (EOC), Data Center, and Traffic Control Center.
Bike Rack Installation
Completed: Winter 2016
Budget: $27,000
Summary: A total of 55 bike racks were installed throughout downtown Raleigh to offer residents accessible and easily recognizable bike stop locations. This project was completed in partnership with the City of Raleigh's Department of Transportation.
Red Hat Amphitheater
Completed: Spring 2010
Budget: $2.6 million
Summary: The outdoor amphitheater and festival site was constructed on City-owned land surrounding by McDowell, Cabarrus, Dawson and Lenoir Streets. The amphitheater has a seating capacity for up to 5,000 people and attracts up to 225,000 visitors annually. The amphitheater and festival site are used to host concerts and musical festivals, cultural festivals, comedy shows, and other special events.
