Communications Department

The Communications Department is responsible for developing and marketing information to the public and the media about City services, policies and procedures. The department also assists customers that call the information line with questions about City of Raleigh government.
Communications manages the Raleigh Television Network (RTN); a state-of-the-art digital media center dedicated to serving the needs of Raleigh and Wake County through the operation of Public, Educational and Government (PEG) access channels.

The Print Services Division manages the production of printed materials under the City of Raleigh brand overseen by the Communications Department. This division serves to expedite the design, purchase and delivery of well written communications to our residents.
