Hamid Dolikhani, AICP, M.ASCE joined the City of Raleigh as the Development Services Manager in January of 2007. In this capacity Hamid started the Development Services Advisory Committee (DSAC), which is a joint group of professional developers and City development review staff. They work together to help streamline development processes. The DSAC continues to be involved in ongoing regulatory reform efforts.
Prior to Hamid's work with the City of Raleigh, he worked for the City of Miami Beach, Florida as Assistant Director, Development Services Coordinator and Chief Engineering Inspector. Hamid holds a Bachelor's of Science in Construction Engineering from Florida International University, a Master's of Urban & Regional Planning, and a Master's of Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
Hamid is married to Margarita and they have three children, Shayan Matthew, Arianna Nicole and Roksana Marie.
