Construction for this project is currently underway. The concrete base of the building and the station's vertical walls are built. Now, the outside of the building and the roof are being done.

Summary

The purpose of this project, which is located at 807 Bus Way, is to construct a new 18,136-square-foot fire station with three equipment bays. Work for this project includes grading the current site; filling and backfilling the worksite; connecting utilities; putting in an asphalt parking area; and creating reinforced concrete "fire truck aprons" or bases and sidewalks around the station.

Renovations to the fire station include structural, electrical, interior, and landscaping work.
