The City of Raleigh is partnering with Oaks & Spokes to implement a priority project from the Downtown Plan and Bicycle Plan as a six-month pilot. The project will install a two-way separated bike lane, also known as a cycletrack, on West Street from Martin Street to Jones Street. The project’s primary objective is to create a low-stress bikeway connecting Raleigh Union Station and the Warehouse District to the Glenwood District.
