Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources continues
to engage customers in various ways such as traditional print
publications, website, program evaluations and social media outlets.
Program par ticipants and visitors fill out evaluations to tell us
whether we are meeting their needs and providing an exceptional
experience. In the past year, we invited 55,000 people to
complete online surveys; 11 percent did so, repor ting their overall
satisfaction rating as

In July 2014, we asked Raleigh residents and visitors to celebrate
Parks and Recreation Month by entering their images and videos in
our TagURit contest. Contestants uploaded their fun, inspiring and
