City Switches to Paperless Agendas for City Council Meetings

Beginning June 20, the City is switching to paperless agendas for City Council meetings. Going paperless and using Cloud-based technology will save staff time, taxpayer dollars, and natural resources.

Raleigh joins hundreds of local governments that have already switched to paperless agendas to increase efficiency.

Just as they can now, individuals will be able to view and print a copy of the agenda from the City's website. Go to The difference is the new online system makes it easier for people to find specific items. With the new system, agendas will be searchable by meeting date or subject matter.
