Budget and Management Services (BMS) delivered the FY 2024 Community Budget Priorities Survey to Raleigh residents between Jan. 1, 2023 to Feb. 28, 2023. The Department’s goal was to create a budget that represents the preferences and priorities of the Raleigh community.
In addition to the survey, BMS hosted two virtual (via Teams) and two in-person pilot focus groups (or listening sessions) at Green Road Community Center and Tarboro Road Community Center in 2023.
