The project is in the right of way and easement acquisition phase. The City is on schedule to advertise the project for construction bids in the late fall of 2018.

Summary

The improvements will include new pavement and restriping between Green Road and Ingram Drive and will widen the roadway from Ingram Drive to Deana Lane. The enhancements will include:

  • A three-lane, curb-and-gutter section;
  • Bike lanes;
  • Sidewalk on both sides of the street;
  • Stormwater and erosion control; and,
  • Culvert replacement

Assessments for new curb and gutter installation will be applicable according to City of Raleigh Assessment Policies. Residential statutory costs are $32 per linear foot and commercial statutory costs are $64 per linear foot.
