Citizen Engagement Task Force

At the September 20 meeting, the City Council established a Citizen Engagement Task Force to help determine the best structure for citizen engagement and receiving citizen feedback. This task force held an organizational meeting on December 1 and is scheduled to meet seven more times through the end of February.
At the request of Council, staff recommended Chris Aycock of the Aycock Group to facilitate the task force; the facilitator continues to provide supplementary information requested by task force members during the December 1 meeting.
The information is being transmitted via email and by file sharing methods. The task force anticipates providing a report back to the City Council as early as March.
