Dix Park FallFest 2018
The City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department and Dorothea Dix Park are hosting the FallFest at Dix Park event. It will feature a family-focused atmosphere with food/drinks, live entertainment, kids and adult activities, so much more!
It will take place on Saturday, Oct. 27 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will feature a family-focused atmosphere with food and drinks, kids and adult activities, and live entertainment including:
- Live music from Milagro Saints and Counterclockwise String Band;
- A fun kids zone with inflatable rides and games, pony rides, lawn games, and face painting;
- A pumpkin patch and pumpkin decorating area;
- Craft vendors; and,
- Many more fall activities!
FallFest is free to the public thanks to the leadership and generosity of the Dorothea Dix Park Conservancy, the City of Raleigh's partner in the public/private partnership to create a world-class, impact-focused urban park—a park for everyone, built by everyone.
Registration is not required but does help us plan for how many people to expect so please register for your free ticket!
This event is also in conjunction with a Halloween Double Feature Movie By Moonlight! Stay afterward for "Casper" at 7 p.m. and/or "Beetlejuice" at 9:15 p.m. See a full list of upcoming programs at Dix Park here.
