Public Meeting: Pleasant Valley Road Widening Project

Event posted Mar. 01, 2018 - 6:00 am

The City is having a public meeting regarding the proposed roadway improvements to Pleasant Valley Road between Duraleigh Road and Glenwood Avenue.

Based on engineering surveys, City staff and citizen input, the City’s design consultant, A. Morton Thomas & Associates Inc., has completed the 65 percent preliminary design plans for the project.

Before requesting City Council’s approval of the project design, the City is holding a public meeting to show details of the plan, answer questions and take comments regarding the design.

The meeting will be a “workshop” environment, with City staff and the design consultant on hand for one-on-one discussions and to answer questions. The project map showing the proposed improvements and the adjacent development will be available for reference.
