City of Raleigh redesigned website

Visitors to the City of Raleigh website will notice that it looks a bit different. We have applied the new brand to the existing site. Changes include cleaner lines and an updated color palette, along with changes that give you a better experience when you’re viewing the site from a tablet or phone.

Think of it more like a fall wardrobe shift rather than the full makeover!

The full makeover - a complete redesign of the website redesign - is coming in 2019. The full makeover will include an improved structure and better organization that will make it easier to find the information you need. We look forward to unveiling the new service-focused site in the coming year.

We'd love your feedback!

Meanwhile, we just couldn’t wait to get our new brand out there, so we opted for a fall wardrobe shift now. We’d love your feedback. At the bottom of every page on the website you’ll see a comment section. Click on “Yes” or “No” in answer to the question “Was this page helpful?” and a text box will open for you to share feedback. Your suggestions will help inform next steps in the redesign process for the City of Raleigh website.

Stay tuned - there is much more to come in 2019!
