City of Raleigh Website Gets a New Look

Visitors to the City of Raleigh website will notice that it looks a bit different. We have applied the new brand to the existing site. Changes include cleaner lines and an updated color palette, along with changes that give you a better experience when you’re viewing the site from a tablet or phone.

Think of it more like a fall wardrobe shift rather than the full makeover!

The full makeover - a complete redesign of the website - is coming in 2019. The full makeover will include an improved structure and better organization that will make it easier to find the information you need. We look forward to unveiling the new service-focused site in the coming year.

We'd love your feedback - CARD SORT exercise!

Please follow the link to complete a card sorting exercise. The activity shouldn't take longer than 15 to 20 minutes to complete. Your response will help us to organize the content on our new website. This exercise is only available here until Thursday, December 20, at 9 a.m.

Stay tuned - there is much more to come in 2019!
