Help us beautify a stream! The Stormwater Management Division is hosting a stream cleanup event at Apollo Heights Park (756 Lunar Drive) in Raleigh on Saturday, Nov. 3 from 9 to 11 a.m.

This event is one way that you can help protect the 640 miles of streams in Raleigh. Stormwater staff and volunteers will be removing trash and other debris, like tires, bikes, and mattresses that are polluting local streams. The cleanup will take place in the stream and the surrounding parkland. Gloves and garbage bags will be provided.
