Free Upcoming Pickleball Workshops

Pickleball is a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. Pickleball continues to grow in popularity throughout Raleigh and the nation. The Adult Program continues to offer free workshops at the Five Points Center for Active Adults, Tarboro Road Community Center and now at Chavis Community Center. Sessions are available for all levels of play.

New workshops include sessions for individuals with Parkinson's and/or mobility issues. Pickleball is a great exercise for anyone, but particularly for individuals diagnosed with Parkinson's. New pickleball workshops for individuals with Parkinson's are starting at Chavis Community Center in October.

For more information about these pickleball workshops and how to register, see the attached flyer or visit the programs section of the Adult Program website. Preregistration is required. You can register for the pickleball workshops online using RecLink or in person at any community center. Courses can be found easily in RecLink by searching the unique course "registration barcode" listed below.
