Town Hall Forum

Event posted Nov. 21, 2017 - 10:37 am

The City of Raleigh (COR) Museum is reaching out to the community to help plan the Museum’s first major exhibit, City Lab. A town hall forum will be held at 6:30 pm on December 4, 2017 at the COR Museum at 220 Fayetteville Street, with designers, Haizlip Studio, as they help prepare a master plan for the exhibit. Citizens are encouraged to give their thoughts and perspectives on how Raleigh works, plays and grows. Ideas generated at this meeting will be used to create the conceptual designs for the upcoming exhibit. City Lab will be an interactive exhibit to help citizens understand how cities are built and how people who live in Raleigh can be part of big decisions that create the city of the future. The exhibit is planned to open in 2019. Another City Lab public meeting will be held on Thursday, January 25th at 6:30 pm.
