The season of fall festivals is here! Take the whole family for a day of fall fun at one of our upcoming festivals. See our full list of below.
Do you love supporting local artists? Get an early start on your holiday shopping and buy gifts for yourself and others from wonderful local artists at the Fall Arts Fair. The Fall Arts Fair showcases the work of jewelers, potters, painters, printmakers, bookmakers, glass artists, fiber artists and more who participate in Pullen and Sertoma Arts Centers' programs. A fun outing for the whole family, visitors can enjoy participating in a variety of hands-on art activities and watching demonstrations by Sertoma Arts Center's instructors. All are invited to join us for this free outdoor event.
Fall Carnival at Carolina Pines Community Center
Monday, Oct. 28, 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Experience lots of scary fun with games, prizes and treats! Wear a costume, and be sure to bring an adult to share the fun. Admission is FREE.
Fall Festival at John Chavis Memorial Park Community Center
Thursday, Oct. 24, 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Celebrate the fall season! Join us for a fun-filled evening of games, activities, etc. Prizes, candy and light refreshments will be available. Admission is FREE.
Worthdale Fall Festival
Thursday, Oct. 10, 6 to 8 p.m.
Worthdale Community Center is hosting its annual fall festival. Enjoy an afternoon of carnival themed fun including music, face painting, arts & crafts, refreshments and carnival games. This event is free and open to the public!
Fall Festival at Method Road Community Center
Friday, Oct. 18, 5 to 7 p.m.
The Method Community Center is hosting its annual Fall Festival. Activities will include carnival games, video gaming, healthy treat bags and music. Join us for a SPOOKtacular family event! The event is free and open to the public.
Pumpkinfest at Barwell Road Community Center
Friday, Oct. 18, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Celebrate fall and pumpkins at our annual event. Pumpkins will come alive through your favorite carnival games, crafts, and more. Wear comfortable shoes and be ready for fun! Parents must stay to supervise children.
Haunted Mordecai Festival at Mordecai Historic Park
Saturday, Oct. 26, 1 to 4 p.m.
Enjoy a FREE afternoon of Halloween-themed fun including food, music, games, and crafts on the lawn at Mordecai Historic Park. There will be costume contests for kids up to 16 years old beginning at 1 p.m. Paranormal investigation group the Ghost Guild will be on site to reveal their findings from the Mordecai House and answer your questions. Scarecrow Festival at Pullen Park

Join us for the Scarecrow Festival at Pullen Park on Saturday, Sept. 28 from 9 a.m. to noon! Get ready for fall by creating a scarecrow with friends and family. This is a free event for all ages and works best with a group of people working as a team. To participate, registration is required. Falling For Local at Dorothea Dix Park
