Family Movie Night Fridays once a month, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
All Ages Cost: $2
Once a month we will offer Family Movie Night at Hill Street Community Center. Your family will enjoy a movie and we will provide popcorn and a drink. Please pre-register. Call ahead to find out what movie will be playing.

Creative Crafts throughout the Holidays
Ages: 5 to 12 Years Time: 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Cost: Free
Join the fun at Hill Street for crafts throughout the year! We will create fun holiday themed crafts to show off your creative side. Each holiday you will create a new themed project. Pre-registration required.

Have a child that loves to tumble and have fun? Join us for our beginners tumbling class where your child will learn the basics of tumbling and fitness/conditioning. Your child will work on their gross motors skills while being taught the Forward roll, Backwards roll, Straddle roll, Intro to cartwheels, and much more. As your child gets into the 5 to 6 year old class they will be adding on handstands and progressing into round-offs. Come join in the fun.
Kamp Kason Karate Monday’s 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Ages: 5 to 8 years Cost: $20 Residents, $35 Non-Residents.
Learn the traditional forms of three combat styles: Tae-Kwon-Do, Goju, and Shoto-Kan Karate. The discipline is supervised by professional certified karate instructor, Khashon Beyallah, Action Martial Arts Hall of Famer, with more than 40 years of teaching experience. The class emphasizes total body alignment exercises through Kata and a series of punch, kick, block, and stance techniques. Kata is the imaginary fighting tool of self-defense. Your child will build personal control and confidence as he/she participates in this fun-filled activity. Skills learned through this course will help prepare each participant for championship competition.

Your little dancer will have tons of fun learning the basics of ballet. The class will help them develop balance, coordination, and self-confidence. They will learn basic technique, body positions, and steps. Everything they learn will come together in an end of course performance for the parents to enjoy.

Tap and Twirl Tuesday, 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Ages: 4 to 5 Years Cost: $35 resident, $50 non-Resident

They will learn basic technique, body positions, and steps. Everything they learn will come together in an end of course performance for the parents to enjoy.

Step Team at Hill St Friday, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Ages: 10 to 14 years Cost: $20 Resident, $35 Non-Resident
Learn the core values of stepping: teamwork, commitment and discipline while working together seeing how every member of the team adds value to their performance. Students also gain self-confidence through performing their dancing skills and ability to create beats using their hands and feet. At the end of the session students will have the opportunity to show off what they have learned at a culminating performance.

Parent and Toddler Yoga Saturday, 11:15 p.m. to 12 p.m.
Ages: 3 to 5 Years Cost: $40 Resident, $55 Non-resident
This fun yoga series combines age-appropriate poses with imaginative yoga adventures, delightful books and music while offering a special time for parents and caregivers to connect with their child. Grownups, get your silly hats on! We will hiss in cobra pose, bark in downward dog, and flutter our wings in butterfly all while building strength, coordination, and balance! Your little yogi will love this class with you and everyone will leave more centered and ready to face the weekend. Grown-ups and children should both wear clothes for movement.

IMove Monday, 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

IMove is a creative class for preschool aged children which explores the unique ways our bodies move. Each month focuses on a specific movement concept such as shapes, patterns, directions, emotions, and more. Children learn about movement while increasing balance, gross motor skills, and coordination through fun games and activities they will love.

Bollywood Dance and Fitness Wednesday, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Ages: 13 and Up Cost: $60 Resident, $75 Non-resident
"Learn snazzy steps on the trendiest Bollywood songs each season AND get a great workout in this class! Always wanted to do Bollywood dance but never had a chance? Like dancing and want to include it in your daily life for more exercise? Get a great intro to the fun, energetic blended dance style of Indian cinema through this series! In just a few weeks, you will learn not just more than basic techniques, but patterns on a variety of songs, that will make you confident on ANY dance floor too. Get your cardio up and those endorphins flowing with just ONE hour of Bollywood Dance! Expressive routines set to upbeat music, are created with expert choreography blending moves from energetic Indian folkloric to hip-hop, jazz, Latin & Middle Eastern. Tell a story, Have a laugh! This class is perfect for students of all levels of experience, with or without a dance background! Show it off if you need, with opportunities to participate in seasonal intercultural events. *Choreography is simple and challenging in equal parts.
