Lake Lynn Fitness Programs
Get fit this Fall at Lake Lynn! Check out some of our new fitness classes and programs:
Girls Running Team (13-17yrs)
Come learn about proper running technique and healthy habits while focusing on a variety of team building skills and developing self-confidence. Each girl will be working towards her own personal running goal. This class will be taught by Crissy Fishbane, a former high school psychology teacher and Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach.

Fitness Bootcamp at Lake Lynn (18yrs and up)
Gain power, strength and agility from an intense and empowering full-body workout. This bootcamp mixes traditional calisthenics, plyometric and body weight exercises with interval and strength training to blast calories and gain maximum health benefits. Every camp will challenge the body in unique ways by incorporating a variety of equipment and drills, no two classes are ever the same. Participants get a tough, yet fun workout in a supportive and motivational environment. The class begins and ends with a fitness assessment to determine progress. Modifications can be made for all fitness levels. Participants should bring a yoga mat and plenty of water.

Strollercize at Lake Lynn (18yrs and up)
Get fit while taking in the beautiful views of Lake Lynn, spending quality time with your little one and meeting other new parents! Participants complete a variety of exercises designed to strengthen muscles, improve endurance and increase flexibility. A stroller is the only equipment necessary for this fun workout.
