From tennis to swimming or even playing with your pup, Millbrook Exchange Park has plenty of activities for all ages! The park is located 20 minutes from downtown Raleigh, next to Millbrook High School and Fire Station 15.

Dog Park- As Raleigh’s oldest dog park, this free play area allows dogs to explore off their leashes. There are fenced-in areas for large and small dogs. Water is available from faucets and buckets for dogs to get a drink as well.

Playground- The playground has been updated recently with rubberized surfaces. There is a section dedicated to those between the ages of two five years old and another section for those between the ages of five and 12. The playground features swings, slides, and all types of other fun!

Community Center- There are plenty of programs offered for all ages that include adventure, fitness, art, and so much more! For just $15 a month, you can also work out at our fitness center. Some of the equipment available is treadmills, bikes and free weights.

Tennis Center- If you like tennis, this is the place to play. The center has 23 hard surface courts with timed lights available from dawn to 10:30 p.m. If you are looking to refine your game, there are four backboards and a ball machine available. The complex also includes locker rooms, a pro shop, and covered observation deck.

Pool- The main pool is located indoors and operates year round. The complex also includes a spray ground and wading pool to cool off in on a seasonal schedule.

Fields and Courts- Grab a ball and use our two outdoor basketball courts. These courts are open from dawn to dusk. You can also play catch on one of our three fields. There is one softball field and two youth baseball fields that have lighting available.

Anne Gordon Center for Active Adults- Offers programs for people ages 50 or over, but open to adults of any age.
