Join the Teen Outreach Program for Fall 2019

Are you a teenager between the ages of 12 and 18 years old? Join us for the Teen Outreach Program, a free after school program for teenagers in middle or high school! The Teen Outreach Program (TOPs) will provide teens with a positive and engaging environment after school. TOPs operates at 7 different community centers across Raleigh Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m.

Locations

The Teen Outreach Program also provides teens with mentoring relationships while addressing issues that affect teens, their community, and their environment. Along with exploring relationships and community issues, teens participate in a variety of activities including athletics, arts, recreational games, field trips, adventure programs, skill building, and more.

How do I register for the TOPs Program?

Teens can register by dropping by any of our 7 locations listed above during program hours and completing the registration packet. Teens must be between the ages of 12 and 18 years old and currently enrolled in middle or high school to register.
