Opening Sept. 4, the Teen Outreach Program (TOPs) will provide teens with a positive and engaging environment after school. TOPs operates at 10 different community centers across Raleigh.

Teens must be between the ages of 12 and 18 years old and currently enrolled in middle or high school to register.

The Teen Outreach Program also provides teens with mentoring relationships while addressing issues that affect teens, their community, and their environment.
