Hillsborough Street Temporary Pedestals - Call for Portfolios

The City of Raleigh is seeking artists or artist teams to submit qualifications (five images of previous work and brief concept proposal) to create temporary art pedestals on Hillsborough street. Six artists will be selected and each receive a $750 honorarium

Eligibility is open to visual and graphic artists, 18 years of age or older, residing, working, or attending school in the Triangle Area of North Carolina. All materials must be received no later than July 16, 2018.

Call For Video Artists - Raleigh Art's Block2 Video Series is an outdoor visual platform for video, digital and new media artists. Viewed after dark, the changing videos aim to expand a viewer's notion of what visual art is and introduce the community to new artists, ideas, and experimental mediums.
