The consultant is working on the final design for this project and obtaining permits and easements from property owners that are needed to complete this project. Learn more about the upcoming construction schedule at an open house on Jan. 31.

Summary

The purpose of this project is to address street flooding that is occurring on Juniper Street in the public right-of-way (areas that are considered public property).

History

The drainage issue on Juniper Street was identified as a project following findings from the Laurel Hills Drainage Area Study. The project was evaluated as a high priority project using the Stormwater Management Division's prioritization model, which ranks projects based on its severity and need to address the stormwater issue.
