Storm Drain Art - Call for Portfolios

The City of Raleigh is seeking an artist or artist team to submit qualification to create painted pavement artwork at five storm drain sites in Raleigh. Up to three finalists will be selected and asked to create concept proposals.
Finalists will each receive a $100 stipend to create proposals. The selected artist will receive $4500 to implement the chosen proposal.
Eligibility is open to visual and graphic artists, 18 years of age or older, residing, working, or attending school in North Carolina.All materials must be received no later than May 28, 2018.

Call For Video Artists - Raleigh Art's Block2 Video Series is an outdoor visual platform for video, digital and new media artists. Viewed after dark, the changing videos aim to expand a viewer's notion of what visual art is and introduce the community to new artists, ideas, and experimental mediums.
