The City of Raleigh and our engineering design consultant, Rummel, Klepper & Kahl (RK&K), have completed the 65 percent design plans for the project. A public meeting was held on Wednesday, April 18, to show the details of the design and to receive comments from the community.

Summary

This project will reconstruct the roadway to a two-lane, curb-and-gutter section with bike lanes and sidewalk on the south side from Capital Boulevard to New Bern Avenue.
