Over the last year, the Drainage Assistance Program completed 21 projects in Raleigh. These projects repaired eroding stream banks and private stormwater pipes and drains. Projects also reduced flood damages to structures, like homes, on private property.

This is the first time that the Stormwater Management Division completed more than $1.25 million worth of projects in a single year. In the upcoming year, the program will have $1.5 million in funding to continue addressing storm drainage concerns throughout the city.
