Temporary Entrance Closure at Eastgate Park

-

Beginning Tuesday, Aug. 26, the City of Raleigh Transportation Department will be repairing the concrete and asphalt entry at Eastgate Park.

The entrance will be closed for the remainder of the week to allow for demolition, placement, and proper curing of the new concrete entry. During this time, visitors can access Eastgate Park using one of the following alternate routes:

  • The stairs off Quail Hollow
  • Along the street near the community gardens on Wingate Drive

We appreciate the community’s patience as we complete these important repairs to improve safety and accessibility at Eastgate Park.
