Midlands Townhomes Streambank Stabilization

Drainage Assistance Program

There is 150 linear feet of streambank erosion between private residential structures on Bernadette Lane and Kelley Court. The streambank erosion is approaching toward the residential structures at 7725-7735 Kelley Court.

Design

The consultant has finished collecting all survey and field data and is preparing preliminary hydrologic and hydraulic analysis currently. Initial design plans to be submitted in Spring 2024.

Project Upgrades

  • Stable streambanks utilizing bank armoring (where necessary) and natural channel design principles;
  • Protection of underground utility assets in the area
